Kecia Palmer-Cousins, MBA

Kecia Palmer-Cousins is CEO of Aero-Ba-Soul. Inc., a Peekskill, NY based NYC/NYS MWBE Certified Business Management Consulting and MWBE Consulting, Professional Development Training and Life Coach Services company. Kecia is a kind, energetic, wellness entrepreneur.  She is also COO of G&K Sweet Foods, LLC, a Peekskill, NY based NYC/NYS/DBE Certified baked goods company and a contracted vendor at the VIP Party at the 2014 Superbowl.  A retired Verizon IT Project Manager, Kecia loves spending time with her family, mentoring women and youth in her community. She inherited her entrepreneurial spirit from her parents and uncles who operated home-based businesses for over 50 years. 

Kecia earned a B.S, in Manufacturing Engineering (BU), Masters Certificate in Project Management (GWU) and an MBA in Marketing (LIU). She is a Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC) and Westchester Community College’s Just Add One Small Business Program Graduate.  She is the recipient of numerous awards for her community service such as the WEDC Lillian Vernon’s Award and the Peekskill Youth Bureau’s Phenomenal Woman Award. Kecia currently serves on the Local Planning Committee for the Peekskill Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
