Overview / Goals

Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. has transformed over the past 20 years from a wellness company for full-figured people to a wellness company for  Minority Women Business Enterprises (MWBE’s), connecting them with resources to grow their businesses. Our project managers, engineers and M/WBE consultants get to the heart and soul of entrepreneurs, teaching them how to balance work, life and play.

Our goals are to:

1. provide Business Management Consulting Services to entrepreneurs and MWBE’s through one-on-one technical assistance sessions, virtually and or face to face.

2. partner with community organizations to help MWBE’s get NYC/NYS MWBE Certified and navigate through local, county, and  state government procurement opportunities.

3. review Request For Proposals/Requests for Quotes and assist MWBE’s to successfully respond to bids.

4. provide Life Coach Services to entrepreneurs.

5. provide Professional Development Training to clients in workforce development initiatives.

6. be Small Business Advocates and Social Entrepreneurs by actively participating on community, youth, and chamber of commerce  boards focused on making our communities better places to live.
